How your licence is delivered

ACTCAD is delivered electronically. Once your payment is confirmed we email you the licence key or activation details together with the download link and your GST invoice, to the email address on your order. Nothing needs to be posted, and nothing needs to be signed for.

This is why the email address on your order matters more than the postal address: please check it before you submit, and add our domain to your safe-senders list if your organisation filters mail aggressively. If the email has not arrived when you expect it, check the spam folder first, then call us and we will resend it.

Delivery charges

There are none. We charge no shipping, handling or delivery fee of any kind. The price you see on the store, plus GST, is the whole amount payable.

USB dongles

Where you have bought a dongle-based licence, the dongle is a physical item and is couriered to the address you give us. We do not charge courier or shipping fees for dongles either — the delivery is on us, wherever in India you are.

Where we deliver

• All of India, with no restrictions. Metros, small towns, remote sites, island territories — if a courier reaches you, so do we, and at no extra cost.
• India only. We do not sell or deliver outside India. If you are outside India, please contact the software publisher directly, or write to us and we will point you to the right place.

Timelines

Emailed licences are usually issued the same business day that payment is confirmed, and in any case within one business day. Dongles are dispatched within two business days of payment being confirmed, and courier transit then depends on your location — typically two to five business days.

Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day. Our office works Monday to Saturday, from Pune, India.

If something goes wrong

If a dongle arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, tell us and we will replace it at our cost — there is nothing for you to pay and no courier claim for you to chase. If a licence email cannot reach you, we will find another way to get it to you.
